I almost gave this place a good review, but the room next to the basketball court was pure torture. Kids playing until midnight is NOT what i expected. The breakfast every day had the same sponge-like eggs that seemed to be an afterthought. Absolutely NO hot tub, and nobody cared about my comfort.

The hotel was GREAT, the room was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast and terrace where they served it. Location: the property was near Plano, TX, Dallas and the centre. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Sent Church.

The central location made it super easy for me to stroll through nearby parks and visit landmarks like the Boardwalk At Granite Park and the Crayola Experience, both just a short drive away, which I loved !

The staff was helpful and attentive .
I found dirty chips behind the TV and under the nightstand, quite disappointing. The breakfast offerings were lacking. The dehydrated eggs were tasteless, and the biscuits were hard. The absence of fresh fruit options made the mornings less enjoyable.

The whole interior is modern and rooms are brand-new. It offers exceptionally comfortable bed and friendly services. The location is suburban.

The room layout gave us ample space to relax, with each bedroom providing privacy. Plus, we loved having a large TV in each room and a fully equipped kitchen, made meal prep easy. Breakfast was enjoyable, with tasty waffles being a highlight for the kids.
